When do I pay?
No payment is taken when you send a request. Once you approve your final quote, we send secure payment details and begin.
How long does it take?
Studs take 3 to 4 weeks and tennis pieces 4 to 7, from the day you approve your quote. Bespoke pieces depend on the design; we give you a timeline with your quote.
Will I see the design first?
For bespoke pieces, yes. We share a drawing for your approval before anything is cast.
Can I use a stone I already own?
Often, yes. Tell us about it in your inquiry and we will advise on setting it.
